Further down this page, you'll see a view of the program's Message Center, but immediately below is the Sign-Out board. Take Note of the first three names. Jill Brady is obviously in The Office, since she hasn't signed herself out. Lawrence Crenshaw hasn't even come to work yet. And Hillsmore Daniels is currently at the Foster Building, expecting to return at 3:30.
To sign yourself in, all you have to do is to click on the door icon at the top of the screen. If, instead, you were signing yourself out, you would click on the same door, after which you'd be taken to a sign-out detail screen, where you would designate where you were going and when you expected to return.
If you want to view anyone's complete extended description of his whereabouts, simply double-click on that person's name. When you do, you'll be taken to the information screen he filled out just before leaving the office. For instance, if you were to double-click on Thomas Kellerman's name, you would be shown this screen.
Please note that you may also sign someone else in or out by highlighting his name and then clicking on the door. To discourage misuse of this feature, the program can track who signs whom in and out.
